Zephra was extremely helpful for the second time. She helped me get into my first home and helped just recently with a cash out refi. I did try to get a rate quote from a big Denver area competitor and it was immediately clear that the "other" guy had no intention of trying to understand my situation and help though experience and good judgement to find the loan option that truly fit my situation and needs. They were just trying to give me the lowest rate quote possible with little to no clarification (even after being requested) about the details of this loan option. Alternative options/scenarios were not provided or explained. Zephra took the time to explain the pros and cons of numerous different options and find the loan product that was perfect for my needs at the time. Zephra is always very responsive and attentive to her clients. I will gladly send any interested parties to Zephra for assistance with a mortgage loan. When It comes time to get into a new house, or whatever scenario that may involve a new mortgage loan, Zephra will be my first call. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Zephra and her team.
